ERI's primary objective is to identify and evaluate professionals who are in the top 20% of their field, based on skill level and academic achievement. Our team of specialists will conduct the initial recruiting process on a local level to minimize your relocation and hiring costs.
If necessary the process is expanded to a regional, national, and international level. We can work on a Retained/Engagement fee level which will assure your search becomes a priority or a Contingency fee level.
At a Contingency fee level you can interview as many candidates as you like and a fee is due only when you hire someone that we have referred to you.
