Materials/Purchasing Manager - BA, MBA -   Strong background in total cost analysis, SPC, ISO 9000, implementation, production control management, supplier certification, JIT, and staff development.
Manufacturing Manager - ' -   Most of his experience in directing manufacturing using CNC equipment. Would fit in very well as Manufacturing/Plant Manager or as a general supervisor giving direction to CNC area. Shirt sleeve type attitude.
Plant/Machining Manager - ' -   Has excellent knowledge with CNC and general machining operation, along with fabrication/welding, assembly, inventory/production control. Manage for efficiencies, along with being on the floor.
Supervisor - BSIT -   Currently managing an assembly area of large equipment. He has done Manufacturing Engineering in the past. Very interested in living in central or west central Wisconsin.
Engineering & Plant Maintenance Manager - BSIT -   Very strong background with plastic operations. Responsible for die and process development, along with die setting and secondary tool departments.
Tool Designer - ' -   Design fixtures and gages for manual and CNC machining centers. Experience with AutoCad and Pro Engineer, use geometric dimensioning and tolerancing with designs.
Manufacturing Product Manager - BSME -   Most of this experience has been with stamping and forming processes. He has the ability to come in and manage a manufacturing engineering area. He can identify cost savings, product design enhancement, proper channels for customer satisfaction.
Industrial Engineer/Production Supervisor - BSIE -   Would like to join a company within one to one and half hours drive of Madison. Areas of expertise are product flow analysis, cost reduction, facilities layouts.
Plant Manager - ' -   Very strong background in the stamping industry. Prior experience with tooling, estimating, etc. Excellent communication skills, able to define problem areas technical and non technical. Get on the floor, make it happen manager.
Manufacturing Engineer - BSIT -   Since graduating he has been in a plastic molding operation. He makes quality and process improvements, troubleshoot machinery and processing equipment. Quoting and managing tooling projects.
Mechanical Engineer - BSME -   Currently involved in the design of production equipment from new applications to resdesign for cost improvements to process.
Production Control/Production Manager - BBA -   Excellent background in MRP and MAPICS, along with track record of success directing a production area involving weld, coating, and assembly.
Production Planner/Traffic Coordinator - BS -   This young lady has already shown her ability to negotiate rates, finalize contracts, along with maintaining inventory of raw materials, and finished goods.
Electrical Engineer - BSEE -   Design, assembly, and test of analog circuits / printed circuit boards, design test fixtures to develop and life test prototype PCBs.
Electrical Engineer Manager - BSEE -   Currently managing a group of EEs in the design and application of control systems. Wants to move to a company that designs controls sold to other OEMs.
Mechanical Engineer - BSME -   This young engineer has a very strong background with hydraulic systems, along with design enhancement to current product line, create and maintain bill of materials.
Mechanical Engineer - BSME -   Responsible for the coordination, monitoring and implementation of project tailored to a customer needs in the material handling equipment areas.
Mechanical Product Engineer - BSME -   Involved in the design and development of prototype parts to resolve customer problems, validate cost reduction ideas. Knowledgeable with DFMEA, trained in APQP.
Project Engineer - BSME -   Currently in charge of engineering for a specific product line. Experience has been mainly with large equipment design. Interested in Engineering Management or Group Manager opportunity.
Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer - BSIT -   He has programmed a large cross section of CNC control systems. He has assisted in feed and speed selection, tooling prove out, process planning, tooling selection, and fixture design changes.
